An Introduction

Welcome to my blog.

I figure an introduction to what this blog is about is appropriate.

Basicially, it is going to center around our education system, our lovely neighbors south of the US border, some politics, lots of questions, and how our country (the good ole US of A) seems to me to be becoming more...pressured to bend to the will of those immigrating to our country.

I got the idea for this blog as I lay in bed last night trying to drif to sleep after having watched Presidential Hopeful Obama's speech. Many questions came to mind...the chief among them being why we as the United States of America seem to be becoming more and more...well, Mexican (pardon my use of a un-politically correct word).

I mean, really. Every time I make a call that has an automated system, the first prompt that comes up is this one:

"For English, press 1.
Para el espaƱol, prensa 2."

How infuriating is it that we have to do that? And for people who supposedly have come to our country seeking a better life.
Oy.

I will spare you any more examples here, and start with a proper entry later.

Anyhow. Welcome. And thanks for taking the time to read my blog.

Please feel free to leave comments. And if, after reading my first week worth of entries, you feel the same way I do, ask to be added as a publisher of this blog. My goal is to get this blog out there, and find more people who feel the same as me. Together, we can succeed.

Until next we meet again.
